If you have a concern that requires formal resolution, please use our Complaint Handling Process, which is governed by Complaint Handling Policy (POL-20). Complaints are handled fairly, transparently, and efficiently, with outcomes communicated in writing.

Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing is the process of raising concerns about serious wrongdoing, such as criminal activity, breaches of law, health and safety risks, environmental damage, or cover-ups. This process is guided by our Whistleblowing Policy (POL-25) and Whistleblowing Process (POL-25a). Whistleblowers are protected and can report concerns confidentially or anonymously.
